Shipping policy

GENERAL

  • Our LOGO™ non-alc by FBC® is available for delivery in Canada only.
    • Currently, we ship to the following provinces: BC, AB, SK, MB, and ONT.
  • An estimated delivery time will be included in your order confirmation. Delivery times will vary depending on your region.
  • Our minimum order is 2 x 6-packs (12 beers).

COSTS + TRACKING

  • FREE shipping over $60 (4 x 6-packs).
  • Standard shipping is $10 flat rate (minimum 2 x 6-packs).
  • Shipping costs include delivery to either residential or business addresses.

WINTER NOTICE

  • As we are shipping liquid, during winter our product can sometimes freeze in transit.
  • If you experience any damaged cans resulting from being frozen, please send us a photo to customerservice@ferniebrewing.com.
  • During periods of extreme cold, we may delay shipment until it is safer to send. 

 DAMAGES

  • Fernie Brewing Company uses third party distribution based on your region, however our trusted partners endeavour to pack all products carefully to prevent breakage.
    • Please check your order carefully upon receipt, especially if the package appears damaged externally.
    • If your package or its contents are visibly damaged upon receipt, please reach out to customerservice@ferniebrewing.com directly with the information including a photo. We will then quickly work on shipping out a replacement.
